So… What is a Single Track Edit?

Im glad you asked! Single Track Edits edits made to one song at a time (like trimming, rearranging, or adjusting length, structure, or style). You can include as many Single Track Edits as you’d like in a Project. The more you add, the cheaper each edit becomes — so larger projects give you a better value.

What are cuts?

Cuts are the specific sections of a song that you want included in your Single Track Edit. Think of them as the start and end points that define which parts of the track stay in the final version. For Single Track Edits: A cut is simply the portion of the song you want to keep. You can have just one cut (like keeping the first 60 seconds), or multiple cuts that are stitched together. Here are some Single Track Edit examples:
In this example, there are three cuts. When the first cut reaches 0:33, the track seamlessly transitions to the second cut at 1:22. The same process then occurs for the third cut, which continues playing through the end of the song.First Cut: 0:00 – 0:33
Second Cut: 1:22 – 1:45
Third Cut: 2:45 – End
In short: Cuts = the exact time ranges you want used in your edit. They let you shape how the song flows, whether it’s trimming down a single track or building a seamless multi-song mix.
